If they disagree, your "risk-free" arbitrage could result in a total loss on both sides.
How do I ensure two markets are truly a match?
Always read the "Resolution Criteria" or "About" tab on both platforms. Check the specific source of truth, the exact expiration timestamp, and how "draws" or "ambiguous outcomes" are handled.
Are spreads guaranteed?
No. Beyond market movement, there is "Resolution Risk." If one platform voids a market while the other settles it, your hedge is broken.
